Orders and Shipping
Canadian orders take between 3-5 business days to arrive from the shipping date. American orders may take up to 9 business days as we cannot know what happens with customs. All orders are processed within 2 business days and are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are running behind on filling your order, we will contact you to let you know.
Please allow longer processing time during busy times such as big sales and the winter holiday season.
**Due to COVID19, orders have been delayed up to 3 weeks from original estimated delivery date.

Once yo pay for your order, the address provided is final. However, if you contact us before the order dispatches we are happy to do our best to change the address for you!

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you do not receive the email, please check your junk mail, and if it is not there please contact us!
We do not ever keep any card information on file.
We charge sales tax a applicable to your region in Canada. USA clients do not pay tax at point of sale.
Emi Nail School and Distribution Canada Inc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
We ship all over Canada and the USA.
We send everything together in one package unless there is an abnormally large order. If we need to ship things separately, we will contact you and let you know.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
•Store credit for unopened/ unused products within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase.
•Exchange on defective products.
•Shipping fees on all orders are non-refundable.
• For orders with free shipping, a standard shipping fee will be deducted (CAD $14.99)
• Return labels are not provided.

Emi School and Distribution Canada Inc. is NOT responsible for the loss, damage, confiscation, or Force Majeur that occur during transit. Because weather conditions can change drastically at any time, we also assume no liability for damage caused by changes in weather during transportation. Please ensure the shipping address provided is correct, packages returned due to incorrect shipping addresses will be at the purchaser’s expense.

Generally yes but please contact us about the product you are interested so we can check if pre-orders are available. Sometimes items are on back order or discontinued and we would have to look into it to give you a definite answer.
